TMC actually starts at 23% Goes as high as 32% Achieving 28% after 30 days is not too hard. Performance pay re-calculated every 30 days.

 

Do your reasearch, find a company that will best suit your needs. Remember this all recruitors are full of crap. IMHO , TMC or KLLM, would be my choice of the ones you listed. The guy who ran KLLM'S orentation, I think his name was Donnie was decent enough. The jag who would show you how to log KLLM'S way is a piece of work, but decent enough place to start I guess. I am not from around you so I cn't speak on that. All I know about TMC is you better do it there way or you go home. When I did my orentation in Jackson was talking to a guy who was there for lease purchase and he used to drive for TMC and said it was ok not great but not terrible. The job is what you make of it, there is alot of learning to do after school, do it right and you can make a run at it , complain about everything and you are finished before you even get started. So find a place you can deal with for awhile and take it for what it is worth, experience. Good luck
