Are you being sarcastic, insane or simply not that bright?

The first one is the reason most legislation is passed, and the second, well no arkansanian I've ever met has been shy about their distaste for anyone further away than memphis joplin or shreveport

YouTube posters get paid for advertising, the more hits, the more money. No one has posted an actual stop, and like I said, the law isn’t in effect yet.

I am being sarcastic towards entitled CDL holders hoping that by this regulation there's going to be a massive foreign drivers cleansing conducted by the government, while the core of the problem is with the government itself condoning insufficient English speakers to obtain their CDLs. Or letting carriers hire cheap labor from overseas.
There're not enough resources to facilitate putting all those non English speakers out of service. That's something that should be enforced at the state level where they issue CDLs.
As far as being insane or not bright, that's what I question you about. In the other thread you said something about English not being an official language in the United States. It's like saying that that Russian is not official language in Russia or German isn't official in Germany because there's no explicit law about it. Some things don't need to be in writing. In any case, English proficiency has been required to be issued CDL for a long time. I was just pointing out that this is not exactly a tool to improve American Truckers job security.

    1. German Is by definition the official language of germany, there is legislation mandating german as the primary language for official publication of their laws etc
    2. Russian is definitionally the national official language of Russia. There IS explicit instruction on this.
    3. Whereas To repeat what i said on that other thread, english is the DE FACTO but not actually the *official* language of the united states, of which there is none. The executive order is only going to last as long as no administration changes it, and only for agencies answerable to the executive office.

Pretending that a monetary incentive from a buisness domiciled in arkansas, potential revenue from placing non english speakers in arkansas oos, or some flavor of racism has NO bearing on this is the height of comedy such as it is.

No one actually cares about safety, such a thing is laughable on its face, but you pretend thats actually the reason.

Sure, the regulation says cdl holders must be able to converse and communicate with enforcement officers, sure it says tests are to be administered in english, but as you yourself stated, its a federal regulation to be enforced by the states. If california feels free to do as they please, arkansas is equally free to do as they wish, but dont pretend each has no ulterior motives even when they both site "safety" as the underlying reason. Thats like taking a lawyer or politician at their word, the easiest thing to bet against and win

We definitely need to put the people who gave them their CDL in prison. When I got my CDL in 2015 I had to do a written test in English and go around the equipment doing a pre-trip in English. Then, I had to do a driving test along with 90* backing and parallel parking with less than 3 pull ups each. Guaranteed whoever is handing out these CDLs to these illegals isn't doing any of this.
