It's been in the works for a few years now. Legislature passed it, then the State Troopers were supposed to decide where to raise it. They decided nowhere so the legislature passed a new and improved model and now we are finally seeing results. Not really going to make much difference. Everyones already been going 80 in their cars anyway. Troopers been giving 10 mph for a long time around here. Now they may crack down some.
