Didn't you do that when you became a trainer...?

 

I just completed securement training and I go out with my trainer in a couple days. I'll say that this company is pretty amazing and they don't lie to you. They don't put up with any kind of #### though so if you can't follow directions and you can't keep a professional image about yourself, forget it. Also if you don't wanna bust your ### out in the heat learning to secure and tarp loads for a straight week then forget it. Training is top notch but it will test your limits. Not even gonna lie.

Great company and I really love it but you gotta be willing to give 110% and don't think for a minute you can slack off or do your own thing cause they will send you home. Out of our class of 20, we were down to 9 in the end. They aren't hard to please but you just gotta be a good representative of the company.l as a whole

 

We had 9 Finnish are class to I know one or two have already quit didn't like tarping. All ya can do is what they ask and all is good congrats hope all goes good with ur trainer you'll be in your own truck before u know it

I didn't make the cut for trainer I guess.... They never called me back to discuss it any further and I wasn't invited to MIT class. So now I just keep helping guys that need help at the places I am at if they need it or ask for it. I wasn't upset. I like being by myself and cranking up my musical motivation that would probably scare students.

 

Oh my bad, I thought I had become a trainer lol.

I thought about doing it too, but my safety points keep me from being eligible. Probably just as well, I'm very stubborn and set in my ways lol.
