Arnold Drivers <recent & current>?

I was going to go to Arnold but i found a job here in Tulsa that pays $800 to $900 a week and im still driving a truck and im home everynight.

 

Do you like working at USX much better than Arnold or is it about the same? And I assume with USX you may be getting more miles and traveling coast to coast? THX!

 

USX has a sliding pay scale. The further you drive the less you make. On the other hand i think, meaning i don't know, that they get priority on loads. I've been with Arnold almost three months and have made anywhere from $900 to $62 , yes $62, and everything in between. My trainer complained to the higher ups that i was sitting too much. Now I'm getting runs that pick up and deliver at odd times and keep me awake 24+ hrs straight. I'm not sure which is worse, no miles or no sleep. I just delivered what my dm called a critical load at 0411 this morning. The window was 0300 to 0600. When i got to my drop the guard said they were closed until Monday morning but that he'd let me in and i could drop it and grab an empty and leave. I'm guessing I've pissed someone off in the offices. At least the feeling is mutual.
