Arrested in Montana

If it turns out that this entity CRST did in fact follow up with Law Enforcement.
Could or should the LEO person, facility, or clerical person become the target of this lawsuit?
Company offered 3 hours for lost time, but that offer was refused. Now won't pony up.

 

I sued a company a couple yrs ago for wrongful termination.My lawyers and I received a nice settlement and they cleaned up my DAC.

I have no clue either or heard of a show by that name.

 

Need more then 3 hrs of petty change detention to compensate what they went thru.If something like this happened with a head honcho at CRST,you bet they would go for the gusto and sue that person for everything they have.

I've watched 1 and a half episode's.
But just like the Sopranos, I learned of the ending.

 

Wish the forum kept a real live lawyer on retainer.
Then would know who could be sued.
What they could be sued for.
And what the damages could be.

 

That do sucks, the last season I downloaded it off Amazon and got a hotel for the final episode
