Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds

Finally, some good news to come out of this unholy mess.
GuysLady Thanks this. -
I wonder what happens to the claims of employees who aren't represented by Mr Ercole?
-
Paid in this century?
-
The bankruptcy claim will be paid without sending the money to Ercole.
-
From what I read Mr Ercole gets 1/3 for his fee. Mr Ercole will get his money per agreement with his clients. My question is what about those who are not clients of Mr Ercole? Nothing in the article mentions those others.
-
As I said.
The remaining people receive their money direct from the bankruptcy court. Ercole receives nothing from their share.
It happened when the company I worked for went belly up. I knew the law, waited and got the full money.
The fools that got the attorney, got 1/3 less. -
Your assuming every employee has filed a claim.
-
Whether they did or not, the accounting for it is done by the attorney for the bankruptcy.
They mailed me a form.
I filled it out.
I mailed it back to them signed.
I received the check from them.
I did not go looking for the money. They came to me as an employee to see what I did not get.
You must be one of the people that believe an attorney is the only way. -
I asked a simple question because no mention was made of employees other than those clients of Mr Ercole. I found it odd that all the wage claims were not addressed in the article. You have since decided I need an education on how you were paid.
