Studies also find people stand a much better chance of survival as long as I have my smokes. Not scientific studies, but still. Gimme my smokes!

    This is interesting!

I've tried to quit smoking several times in the past, all cold turkey without the use of quitting aids. The last time I lasted from 31 Dec. 09- Jan. 23 2010 and I started right back up. This new Fire safe paper is helping kick the habit for good. Anymore I can't handle more than 5 or 6 a day, whereas I used to smoke a pack per day.
