The state trooper in Idaho,after he pulled me over when I exited on command of the flashing exit (now) sign . Wrote me a ticket for illegal lane change .
Not that I didn't use my blinker ,but at the end of off ramp was not the weight station ( he said; it's another 1/2 mile up the freeway .!
He did his inspection ,went to his vehicle, a hour and a half later comes back with the lane change ticket ,an a ticket for no class a lisense.!
He says I have a ticket at the Oregon (Ashland coop),on June 13th 2019.an Oregon suspended my lisense in Jan 2020.
This is Nov 17th 2022.
An I never heard of this ticket.when I called the weight master (in Oregon )(according to the ticket ) he said the trucks transponder was not working so he red lighted the truck.
The station attendant issuing the ticket said .
Only( driver saw the weight ,4000 pnds over on rear tandem.
End of ticket !
.what they sent doesn't look that official .an cops name is in print and it's a customer number ? / That crossed over an repeats in lisense number box . Not my lisense number!
But is my name .
An probably why I never heard of it .and don't agree it's mine.
It's turned ugly ,with the driving w/o ticket from Idaho trooper.
I never had a ticket in a weight station an it just don't seem official ! Yet the demanded 500 an calif then took my lisense cause I paid it!in Dec 2022

Put me outta service in Idaho
