I hear ya both and know where you're coming from. I'm pretty laid back and roll with it most of the time. Having owned a business for quite a few years I tend to notice problems and look to where things can be improved. Comes from putting out fires for so many years.

Even the prettiest girl has her ugly side lol
The good points far outweigh the bad. The week I've had this week is a truly rare worst case. But we aren't like guys in a lot of other company threads. We tell it all. The good and the bad.trucker43, White_Knuckle_Newbie, ASHLEYDRIVER2013 and 1 other person Thank this. -
All trucking jobs have negatives. Be lying if all we told you was the good stuff. This is a good company and pays well with excellent equiptment.
trucker43 and ASHLEYDRIVER2013 Thank this. -
Well I wouldn't tell you not to put your application in , as matter fact I'd probably tell you to put your application in, but as others will say this is going to be the good the bad and the ugly and you better to know the far left and the far right of the issues and problems then to walk into a job and all of a sudden it's a surprise , and then you end up having to quit or you feel like that you're stuck in the job that really sucks, but I've been there, unfortunately the flying muscian, has been there more than I am sure he'd like to be lol. (Leesport PA)
I do Poke him as much as I possibly can about it , lol but its in fun, no trucking company is going to be perfect , not even Walmart.
You just have to find your balance I wouldn't discard the opportunity , but I can understand if you feel little gun shy about it , I've been here for almost 3 years and I don't have any real problems with it once you get to learn the system then you can make the system work for you.
The frustrating part will be the first 6 months but if you hook up with some people and you ask questions and you listen don't bellyache, take the good and the bad, do some bad and experience it , then you can learn how the system works and you can actually turn it around in most cases and make it work for you just my two cents worth.Last edited: Nov 12, 2015
