They were having problems with there website in the beginning , they were losing a lot of applications. They told a few of us to have people like you fill out the paper applications instead. Nice to see they have it fixed.

 

You guys are doing great at the recruiting on here. Just wish there was more northern guys replying to this. Seems like most are "southerners." I'm ltl out of Arcadia. I can't answer anything as far ptp goes but I could take a step at helping with any ltl questions.

Only one I know of even close is out of romeoville yard and he posts just sporadically in the other thread.

 

We'll find some! Might take awhile but they are out there. I think alot of guys look the other way when they hear that we run alot of Canada out of the northern yards. I try to tell them that it's no big deal but they seem to have their minds made up before I can even explain to them that it's no big deal. Not to mention the $$$$$. They won't take the time to listen on how the ltl pay works. Lol I had a guy tell me I was lying to him about my pay. I even told him I had pay stubs with me and he still didnt believe me. I figured oh well I don't want someone like him as a coworker anyway.

Oh OK I got ya. I'm driving from Eau Claire. About 50 miles for me.

 

We have been trying to get flyingmusician, some more experience in the northern areas, he is a great candidate for more training exposure in that market area, well spoken, calm driving in heavy traffic, and tight load locations.
