I’m not at all surprised that kind of thing happens.

Same thing as when I was a teenager working at Pizza Hut. A customer would call and ask the manager hey I ordered an hour ago where’s my pizza. And the manager would say sorry the driver got lost. But I knew it was BS and the manager just didn’t put the order in and it’s easier to blame the driver.

This kind of thing happens in all industries.

Same as in the military.

Nothing is ever anyone’s fault. It’s always this other guy that is to blame.
