That's why I suggested Swift to you a while back. May is not set up to train women drivers because they don't permit men trainers with women. They only have a couple of women trainers I believe.
krazyhorsechick Thanks this. -

Bigdogg, have you ever worked for Swift? Different strokes for different folks. No place is perfect and they all have their own flaws, and short comings. Some flaws that not everybody experiences. Most issues with their drivers can be traced back to a single source quickly, the driver. The DRIVER that CHOOSES not to G O A L, or the DRIVER that CHOOSES not to ask or accept help when needed, or that CHOOSES not to pay attention to what is going on around them and paying attention to the signs. EVERY single thing a driver does behind the wheel of a truck is BY CHOICE. Not everyone is cut out to be a truck driver either.
Out of my training class when I started 2 went the Navajo, 1 went to Swift and I went to May. 1 left Navajo for Western Express flatbed, the other got hurt, and my friend that went to Swift spent just under a year there and just switched to Navajo on a regional route. Only thing he didn't really like there was the pay. -
You have a point there scooter jr I've never worked for them just read and Hurd lots of horror stories about swift .. So your right different strokes for different folks like my case im loving may and doing good and there's alot of people complaining about may but yet i love it here so sorry swift i just hate you cuz your ugly trucks always come flying past me and i hate that
skootertrashr6 Thanks this. -
I agree on their trucks, I think they are rather ugly as well, but aslong as the wheels turn. And as for May, I got some experience there and moved on as it was not for me. I was one of the ones complaining about my experiences there, which ended up being the same as what a few others were experiencing also. But like yourself, there are others who love it there and it works for them.

I think there is a scooter mix up here
As far as Swift goes, I have a good friend who trains for them. He likes working for them.skootertrashr6 Thanks this. -
I have my heart set on May and if I go somewhere else ill feel like I.just settled. I want to be happy does not mean I will be but id like it to be my mistake. Iv talked to.3may drivers in person and they are all happy there.

Just remember .. May is an "Entry Level" Company .. Stay clean, No tickets, No accidents, learn the ropes and after 1 year, look to an experienced only Company.
