You might get to do the skills test too (Get Out And Look, and make sure that Shad sees you getting out to look) and, if you are good, you will get to eat a scrumptious lunch. Ends rather early, so go back to your room and take a power nap.

Shad is doing the skills testing now?

He was my trainer, we went to the East coast and back when he was a refer div. driver.

Sounds like a pretty short day. Do you get your own hotel room?

Let's assume I'm a pretty good driver, which I think I am, is there anything about the skills test that I need to worry about? I mean, it's the same test they have the students take, right?

Do I have to take a physical if I currently have a medical card? Expires 3/13.

Do I have to pay for the drug test or physical? Any orientation expenses I should know about? All of the orientation threads are about students going, I haven't read any reports from experienced drivers. Thank you for your help.

I am not much of an experienced driver, as I only solo'd out about 100 or so days ago, but I can certainly answer these questions!
I did, though I am not certain if everyone did.

No. Just go slow and think. You'll be fine.

My recently-obtained DOT medical card worked fine.

    They cover all that.
Have some quarters and dimes for the 35 cent Coke machine.

Honestly, real or unresolved questions should probably be bounced off of Denise in Recruiting.

Remember, I am an unabashed newbie, just less of one now.

I will talk to them tomorrow and I will ask them some similar questions too. There are just some things I like to ask the drivers who have been there and done that. I think they can give me a better idea of what to expect. Not that I am getting the hard sell vibe from May like some other companies.

Though I ##### and complain a lot more than most, I am pretty happy at May. There are a few things they do that bug the crap outta me, but I am easily bugged. I am still glad that I chose May.
