Ask A May Trainer

My trainer went home for the night and told me to wait till tomorrow. Im in the yard been here staying in his truck I used all but 2 1/2 on my clock today. And Hes the boss, iv learned a lot I feel really good about were I am. I getting great training time on local then on the road . so im cleaning up my room here lol one bed and me and about 6 bags plus 4 bags of groceries lol
I have time tonight cause I.dont want to sleep to.early we start like 6 am tomorrow if I sleep now ill be up at 3 like last 2 days and there is no need tomorrow. So time to get some organization going on here.

Yes, Gary Indiana. Gary must be filled with nothing but trucking terminals and thieves. Seems as though every trucking company has terminals in Gary.

No .. Terminals are in Oregon, Arizona, Utah, Indiana and Florida.

 

How big are the sleepers on the MTC trucks? And what should a new hire pack? And maybe even more important, what should I NOT pack? Thanks in advance for any advise.

 

All May trucks are top of the line. Large sleepers and loaded.

Don't bring a CB if yer new, until you are assigned a truck

Bring Clothes, Toiletries, Laptop, Ipad, Cell Phone and/or a book.
