The western states are where you're mostly likely to chain. There are some major passes in the west that get a lot of snow and where there exists state requirements to chain.

Hey guys rookie question ,do i not set my trailer breaks in freezing tempetures

Yeah i did some research and i realesed my breaks its -20 out here in billings Montana

One thing that helps is to get into the habit of having your thumb on the trailer brake release knob when you pull on the tractor release knob with your index and middle fingers. Does that make sense?

That or use the two handed approach.
