    Every situation is different. Your best bet would be to call them up or just apply online. If you apply online, the recruiter nearest you will call you and discuss your application.

    This is taken from their website:


    • Have recent verifiable driving experience or completion of qualified truck school
    • Have a valid class "A" CDL
    • Be at least 21 years of age
    • Pass a DOT physical, or provide your own that has been completed in last six months
    • Pass drug screen
    • Have a stable verifiable work history
    • Have an acceptable driving record
    • No DWI/DUI convictions in the last five years
    • No drug convictions in the last five years
    • No felony convictions in the last five years
    • No careless or reckless convictions in the last five years

    Greetings all! I am currently in school in Medford OR area. Do you know if May hires out of Medford? I'm guessing Brookings is the closest terminal??? Any info on how long it takes to get a offer after graduation? Thanks to all the May drivers for the help!

    I filled out an app online and heard back the next day. Once you have a prehire you need to contact them with your graduation date. They usually need about 2 weeks to complete background checks and get you set up for orientation.

    Day 1 down. Only me and 1 other guy and he didn't past the road test. Poor guy.

    They are trying to get me out with a trainer on Friday so I can attempt to solo out by the 30th and get on the new driver bonus program!

    Driving even the older peterbuilt was a luxury compared to the crap I drove at school.

    Excited!!
