Well, folks have shared ad nauseum about that subject here, including me ;-)

For me, 48 has equaled longer runs and higher mileage average.

Anyone know or hear anything about this:

    http://legafi.com/lawsuits/news/667-may-trucking-drivers-file-class-action-lawsuit

I am particularly interested in the part where "illegally deducts money itemized as "Oregon Work Co." from truckers' paychecks to cover its own costs of doing business."

Does anyone get this "Oregon Work Co." taken out of their paycheck?

Is there a charge for transfering money from your Comdata card to your bank account?

Class action denotes multiple people. The lawyer seems to think they have a legitament gripe; half a brain or not.
I'm still waiting for an answer to RD's question.

The suit was filed a year ago so not too old. But the guy only showed being "employed" from September to October so I don't think he gave things much time.

I would like to know though if you guys are getting that "Oregon Work Co." fee taken out of your checks and how much it is and how for how long?

That ComData charge is bs for sure. That means 3 out of 4 times a month I am going to get dinged every time I transfer money to my checking account if you get paid weekly.

Good Lord, you'd think that May was robbing us at gunpoint.

The Oregon Work deuction is a State disability fund in case you become disable. It's deducted from Oregonians only. It amounts to about .50 cents a week out of my check!

I have NEVER had money taken out of my check for transferring my weekly pay from Comdata to my bank account.
