Same as when you were initially hired. Except no training period.

Sounded like Efon was thrilled to death with Climate Express, why would he come back now?

Because he is a homo and misses me. I keep trying to talk him.out but he said the training pay and the.per diem.that climax gives him.he could make more at May. Never sign with a company with forced per diem. You already get screwed on things you can't control.don't add fuel to that fire. Eliminate as many liabilities as possible create assets.

Well, since platinum has spilled the beans. I will be returning to May in a couple weeks. Things at Climate Express have been good. The reasons, for which I left, I know haven't changed. But, i feel as if I made my decision to hastily and I want to come back. I just felt like I have left my family and that feeling hasn't got any better, in fact, it has got worse. I miss training and I want to return to that. $.47/mile is hard to say no to now.

Nobrand, maybe you and I can go through orientation in Denver together? :)

I was told as long as you come back within 6 months, no orientation again.

lol, well sorry things didn't work out, but on the other hand glad to see that even you experienced people are returning to the company. I've been kinda on the edge, a friend works at a company that runs local in denver and I've been tempted to try it out. the pay is ok, tho after getting more info on it, it looks like in the end i make more over the road but I guess the tradeoff is being home. thats fine and dandy for those with families but me being single and not even one family member in colorado I really have no reason at all to be there

Last Fall I went to work for a regional company and was home 3 to 4 nights a week. The miles were great, the equipment was nice, the benefits were better than May's. However, they aren't a training company.

I happen to enjoy training and I really like the miles and income I make doing it. In today's economy there's nowhere I could go, other then the oil related companies, and make the kind of money I do at May. If someone has a lead for me on where I could go and make more just running solo, let me know, I'm all ears ;-)

Scooter, myself being in previous management and supervision I can tell you have the skills and what it takes to become a terminal manager or training liason. I like my steak medium, please.
