I have a question thats not been posted here yet ...
How much does team 48 pay and what is the pay cap?
from what i've read it's 0.005 cpm raises but nothing as to how often.

i believe its .42cpm
every 6 months you get half a penny

 

sorry i didnt see the team part idk bout that one but if you call a recruiter on monday im sure they ll tell you

 

Will do. I'll call Monday. But there's gotta be a cap unless they dont have a problem paying north of .82 cpm (.42 cpm x 20 years) + whatever increase a Team makes.

I got the skinny on Teams 30cpm split. After training it's 31 cpm split Cap is at 42 cpm @ .005 cpm every 6 mos (12 years?). I really want to go here.

 

So, if as a team you run 6,000 miles in a week, you split the 6k and get 3k at .30 a mile? How's that any different than running solo?
