I have a 335 and the odometer is acting up. It will just stop spinning at times. speedometer is working just fine. Is there anything I can check before I take it in?

I can't believe that you couldn't drop the headliner and simply cut the bubble off, and then have a decent body shop fill the hole???
This way you have not distubed the factory seam or invited any unwanted water leaks into the cabin. just food for thought but I have personally seen a T 2000 kenworth (same cab) that had the whole roof lowered that was on a car hauler. -

This month's issue of Heavy Duty Trucking has an article by Tom Berg....
Berg writes that the DPF's should be serviced every 50K or every year.....
Do most Pete dealerships have the capability to service DPF's?
My shop sends them out.....And they told me it runs $500 a cleaning......Last edited: Aug 19, 2011
