    I am in YUMA AZ,this morning,a black peterbilter hit my new truck in a parking lot and he ran. I was in the restaurant.At least 6 drivers saw this,but nobody can remember this guy or his truck.So if anybody can help me,thank you so much.
    There is no camer in that parking lot.
    :biggrin_25516:Does my insurance pay all my lost?I have asked the shop ,even the parts need 3000.The whole bill maybe 10000.Horrible day!
    And did anybody meet this kind situation before?Please give me some advice.Thank you so much!

    Without catching the other driver, or company, it will all fall on your own insurance company. Plain & simple.

    I'm curious,, how soon after the accident did you find out it was hit?
    Did you call the police right away?
    The witnesses couldn't even give you which direction the other truck went?

    My boyfriend called asap,the police arrived 35 mins latter. The guy ran so fast.
    I was shocked too.I am overseas now.
    Last night,I heard from him .I was shocked that there is no camer and the police arrried time.How can I say?It is different from my country.
    He never met this situation before.Neither me.
    I checked the information from internet,all is not good for us now.Some say my insurance only pays 70%,and in the future my insurance will go up.So I want to get some advice from your guys who are experienced.
    The bill is too much. Even I have no fault.
    As a foreigner,I cannot understand American insurance but I respect it.
