When talking to me they "CLAIM" to be doing their post-trip while they are fueling or Pre-trip. I say NO NO. Log another 15 minutes.
-
With some of them yardbirds in front of you at the fuel island you can almost do your 10 hour sleeper berth while waiting!
-
they are blowing smoke up your exit only. i personally can fuel first then do a pre/post trip in 15 minutes. it's my truck and i know it's little quirks.
-
the pilot in charlotte N.C. is a nightmare. one of the few places i log 30 minutes for fuel............ -
Wow you are maybe the 3rd driver I know that logs more than 15 minutes. Smart though, DOT could be watching you fuel that truck. Really they have been known to do this. -
Yeah, I have been there. Did they ever get that loop around there finished? -
loop ? it's still one of the smallest pilots i know of. i try to avoid it besides everytome i go there there is police all over the place. and we all know how much i just love the 5-0........
-
I don't do my logs up front in a truckstop. I hit the sleeper berth to take care of log books. -
No they watch you fuel and then pull you over to make sure you logged the whole amount of time on line 4. It's rare, but it happens.
Aren't you always monkeying around in the sleeper?
