Head of reefer operations... your boss's boss. Also the guy who settles things when it comes to drivers.

It's always been like that- they're very busy. The best plan is to call when you have the time to camp out on hold until you get who you need.

This may not be a Prime specific question however as I am here in Springfield right now as I post this. (Waiting to go see the doctor) I figured I should post in the prime forum. My heart is a bit conflicted at the moment and I need some advice from actual truckers not admin people. (Don't know who to talk to here.) I spent about 6 months preparing to come to Prime talking to my wife and just waiting for the right time. The time is right at the moment and my wife really doesn't have a problem with me being gone aside from the occasional hassle with the 3 year old and dog we have. (says the house stays cleaner =( lol) although she does say she misses me at night which is normal and thank God! I myself am not coping so well, my heart is burdened at the moment with loneliness and I realized that I have never really been alone in my life. How do you/us as truckers cope with the solitude, as Prime drivers what does our home time look like once we go solo. My family is relocatable at the moment since my son isn't in school if they moved here to Springfield near there terminal would I get to see them more often? I'm quite confident I could handle being home only on weekends but to my knowledge most primes stay out for at least a month. Just any advice/wisdom would be appreciated and hey maybe trucking isn't gonna be right for me. I am going to give my 100% while im here at this school but I still am trying to decide if this is for me.. Let me know any wisdom you may have.. Thank you.
