I have gotten my fingerprints done and my backround checked for my hazmat about 2 months ago and I am all good on that. I would think thats about the same one that they do since that is a full federal backround check.

 

Most likely the same thing. I got a copy of my background check through hire right which I hear most trucking companies use for your DAC and background checks it showed everything there is to see. So no worries was just more curious why they spend the money to get people there and lodge them before doing a complete check. The finger printing makes sense though.

 

Kinda makes me wonder to. They just wasted 2 bus tickets for him to and from the bay area and 2 or 3 nights lodging and food!

 

I guess that is still cheaper than someone sliding by the prelim background check and then doing something with a load or even just the truck and trailor. You never know these days.

 

Thats the thing is he was with CRE for the past 9 months so he made it through them but not Prime??? That is why I am not sure what happened.

 

Yeah that doesn't make a lot of sense does it? From what I have read cre may not do to much of any kind of check lol

 

CRE hired a triple-murderer who then went out and slaughtered an old lady when he ran a red light and flattened her car...

I don't think that is par for the course there, but it's kind of like if you have a heartbeat and a body temperature over freezing, that's all they require.

 

How did you do that? I went to their website and it looks like I have to sign up with them as a company. I ask because I would like to get a copy of my own background but Im not trusting one of the little sites from google that rip you off. I also dont want to pay 50 bucks and wait a month for my report through normal channels.

 

Ouch!!!!!!!!! You would think that would cause a company to tighten up their search on people. I completely understand why they would do a background check with finger prints that makes perfect sense. Just seems like they would do a more stringent background check and employment verification prior to bringing people into Springfield from all over the country and putting them up in a hotel for 1 to 4 days etc. But I guess that is why I am looking to drive for them not run their recruiting department lol
