I've never had that problem. Maybe use a CPAP?? Park in more open areas. Consult a physician..

Pick another line of work. You'll never be happy. You're constantly surrounded by things that aren't healthy for you or are bothersome in some way or another simply due to overexposure.

You could put the a/c or heater to recirculate it guess that would help. Not a lot of drivers just smoking outs your truck much. If it a cool day it nigh another drive might have windows open and smoking you might smell it.

The bigger problem might be wild fires they get out west. I have driven thru a couple and they can cover huge areas you’re u not even close to fire but the smoke is you area.

    !?!
Being a trucker and minding fellow truckers smoking cigarettes can only be compared to being a bartender and minding the patrons drinking alcohol.
    Even trucks smoke.

I agree and I don't. I hate second hand smoke and haven't smoked since college. I don't have a problem steering clear of it.

Stay clear of hanging out in truck stops and around doors.

Be willing to walk out of your way to avoid the smoke fog by doors at businesses and customer locations.

    Think ahead when parking.

I rarely notice smoke from smokers anymore. Maybe become a park ranger.
