At -will-employment

    The only good side of this at - will employment is that under those conditions there is also no two week notice required if the employee decides to quit
    ....& if there's not a good reason for termination the employee is compensated through unemployment insurance.

    With At-will employment, you're not protected by a contract are you?

    That can be a good thing. It doesn't protect the lazy underperforming imbecils of the world. Which could be bad if you're one of those types

    The only thing that stuck out to me is that taxpayers are paying for a group of 40 lawyers. What the hell?
