You're telling me you drive through Cincinatti and don't pay attention to merge ramps and this guy came from no-where? that is sloppiness on your part. What are you doing driving up against the governor anyways it's 55mph through there when traffic is moving freely. You didn't learn a thing from your mistake did you? Did you ever stop to think how easy it would have been to yield the right of way in a professional manner and how much time, paperwork, frustration and aggravation it would have saved you by preventing this accident? You would have lost a half a second by slowing down and preventing the accident but instead you lost several hours dealing with officers on the accident scene. Was it worth it to prove the point that "that #### four wheeler is not coming over in my lane in front of me!"? I didn't think so. You're just another frustrated aggravated stressed out driver in a governed truck with an attitude who would rather run over your grandmother than let off the accelerator. Too many guys like you out there already.. ..I'm just doing you a favor to man up and accept this was totally your fault. It wasn't the governor. It wasn't the fourwheeler... I don't have to have been there to know what happened. You described it quiet well. You're just another driver that screwed up trying to blame anyone or anything else when you need to take a look in the mirror..

If you claim that you mashed the gas so we don't have a tie, and there was more "gas" available the accident wouldn't have happened, then you were up against the governor because of the next statement.

He was drunk you allege. You're supposed to be the professional. If he was drunk, why didn't you get a plate number and report a hit and run if he took off?
