My first otr gig when I got my own truck it had twin 300g tanks. 925 hp Detroit 60, 12.7 liter with a 21 double over Rockwell fuller tranny on 3.93 rears and bug rubber. Ran from Ogdensburg, NY to Brownsville, TX twice a week fueling up on Tuesdays.

Depends a lot on the size of the load and the directions the wind is blowing. Super load and a headwind, you’re probably going to have to fuel twice.

This has to be one of the oddest, least helpful to the OP threads on the entire site.

Look at EW Wylie as well unless you’re looking to do a lease.
They have good long runs. Small company and a great atmosphere

It must have been brutal tarping at strapping In there nice heated loading dock inside. I used to haul plate glass into vriacon once or twice a week. Unloading in the heated and air conditioned building was pretty sweet of you ask me.

Dude. If you have 130 gallons you should only be stopping once a day for fuel. And that is if you actually drove 600 miles or more

bryan21384 and Art Vandelay Thank this.
