    Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

    From what I hear dedicated teams do pay better for work done/living conditions than tanker teams, tanker teams better than system teams.

    I'd run solo tanker, then your options are almost limitless. Very easy to go tanker to van, going the other way involves a little more effort.

    Ahh, I already said declined the opportunity to setting up an interview for solo tanker position. Is it difficult to change from dedicated to tanker with Schneider? As in would it be difficult to transfer to the tanker division after the required 6 months driving with dedicated?
