I've been barred from commercial driving anyway, thanks to CA's permanent records for CDL. USA Truck told me no already. After lying about their hiring areas.

 

Schneider, not too big to fail, with dangerous trainer's. Speeding is speeding, and bad equipment doesn't help! May solos bad driver's and kicks the good one's out with questionable mentor's.

Watch out for both companies. They have quotas to meet and time to beat.

 

What type work do you do now that driving over?

 

Everything. Still hoping that someone will give me a chance to drive. A recent ticket barred me from commercial driving with every company I know of. Even with traffic school, the ticket shows up. It hurts. I also operate heavy equipment.

I'm looking at lineman school after I get my TWIC card. I've been hired on the spot for custodian at a local school district as of yesterday. I'm just waiting for my fingerprints to come back for my background check.

I've been through every driver training already, sadly. OTR, regional, dedicated, and local. But nothing verifiable.

 

Lineman is an excellent career. Hadn't thought of that one. That's a good choice.

 

Wind turbine maintenance probably pays top dollar also. Trump approved continued construction on some of those in the Northeast.
