Very well known fact that companies read these. I don't see how that would matter.:biggrin_25522:

Think not ? Consider company policy.

Conway Truckload negative posters disappear with regular frequency within this forum. Even their spouses who complain, disappear.

    .

    .

Wait for it......one of the trolls will be here to deny that statement. Right after they click the red button in the upper right hand corner of this post.

maybe the negative posters disappear because of their bad attitudes, and not because of their posts...

A bad attitude leads you to not do a good job, and gets you fired eventually.

    Did that occur recently Eagle_Eye?
I think I'da been tempted to ask if your company learned
anything from the posts that were read. It seems to me, if the
company had a history of listenin', the post(s) in question probably wouldn't have been written.
    Ya reckon.

Does anyone else think it's odd that Eagle_Eye was cautioned 'bout "Next time", yada, yada, yada? Why would they have any reason to be concerned with "Next time" if they corrected the existing problem(s), this time. :smt104 :smt017 :dontknow:

I have noticed most of the little brown berrys role down hill and the driver is at the bottom.

TTR is getting to the size and is being recognized as a truckers voice. Hopefully more companies will read and listen.

Not saying your company, but too many pull crap and do things because they know they can get away with it. Not anymore! We now have a way of mass communicating and exposing companies hidden secrets and poor treatment.

We pretty much police our own and can call on a false accusation. If the truth hurts some, it's time to clean your act up or your minnow bucket of drivers will be near empty. :)

What was needed corrected was. The issue was me being called after notifying night dispatch via QQual I was staring my 10 hr break. The 3rd would call at 1 am waking me up. I was brought in and allowed to discuss the issue with with Saftey and the head Dispatcher, along with my DM and the third shift DM that had woke me severeal times. Asked what could be done to remedy the problem and worked out a solution. I believe the "Next Time" Reference was in refrence to any issues being brought to the company's attention more directly.

Well that does sound like something you should have taken up the line to your superiors and maybe posting that on a forum without trying to resolve the issue was giving the company a black eye without seeing if the issue could be dealt with. Dispatchers are people too, meaning they could be good or bad and if they are not doing you right or pressuring you to run illegally then the company needs to know about it. Breaking the law hurts the company and the big guys upstairs probably want to know if the people they trust to take care of business may not be acting as they should. Take care and Im happy to see that the issue was resolved for you.
