I feel justified murder should be allowed lol. We do have quite a few, not so smart, people here.

I wish we could do that in Baltimore. That would have meant a quick end to some recent rioting.

This is a new one on me as well. This is the first I've heard of people other than LEOs having to "qualify" so to speak with their carry piece. That must be an Oklahoma thing.

Utah doesn't even require live fire. Florida does, but they make no specifications that can only carry what you tested with.

As much as I'd love it, I'm sure I'd quickly hate it. I wish there was just one standard for both honestly. Keeps from making things overly complicated. If a company runs sticks, they should train you on it. If they want to run autos, have at it lol

    You would be correct. ;)

That's okay. Them and the mountain folks in the four western counties are the only people we need. :)

Obviously I support training a new driver on a manual.

But I don't feel that there needs to be the equivalent of "manual transmission endorsement". We've never had need of such crap before.

    Erik Blazer Thanks this.

If in fact anyone "screwed you," it was your school. However, I'm inclined to believe you screwed yourself by not being aware of what was going to be required of you. They did NOT just suddenly change the rules, without putting out some kind of information about it.

Hey, whatever, put it behind you and get on with your life. Probably a good thing you posted this though, as there will undoubtedly be others who will have the same problems.

And what's wrong with that? If you're gonna be a trucker, learn to play with them gears!:D

Yeah, go ahead Pete. You have my permission. . .:biggrin_2559:

Never mind, I see that in my state they place an E on the restrictions.
