Attitude problem ?

Having picked up and delivered to the place.....Their main problem is incompetency on the trucking company and driver side.

Driver should have never gotten the dispatch to show up in the morning because the product is still hanging on a tree and goes through a several hour process before it is ready for loading.......

The driver should call in and checked when the load will be ready. Sometimes this involves checking in then letting them know to call when they are ready cause you have other pickups. Call back to dispatch and let them know you are going to the next pick-up.

Own your job, grow a pair and run your truck........

What's the worst that will happen?
The company fires you/terms your contract? = Find another job.

Worst case they threaten to pull you into an office job.
