I have just gotten into audio books in the last year. By far the best one I have listened to is:
The Power of One written by Bryce Courtney narrated by Humphery Bower.
Is anyone interested in trading some books? I have had the audible subscription for about a year. I usually burn a copy and convert the files to MP3 and could easily mail a DVD with a number of books on it. PM me if anyone is interested.

I am also enjoying Bryce Courtney at the moment. Been a Dean Koontz fan over the years but haven't listened to many of his books on audio. I am finding the narrator makes a huge difference.Grandiego Thanks this. -
One source I have found to be excellent, although most, if not all, the authors are unknowns is http://www.podiobooks.com/ . Despite the authors being, for the most part, unpublished, the quality of the books is incredible. And, its free

I use the library for both going and getting books on cds and for downloading. Through your public library you'll have access to a very large free downloadable library.
