I think so. I don't know. I got a refund for 478.00.....and it took me about 30 minutes.

 

So going through the process of reactivating... and I say to the super fast talking, know it all, lack of empathy for this madness, lady on the phone....,"man this is really tough to figure all of this out just for simply voluntarily going down for a injury and trying to save on insurance."

She says it is my choice. I say it is my choice? I was like not doing it could cost a O/O hundreds or easily thousands of dollars -vs- the 80.00 you are charging me (and the brain matter for having to figure out who is who and what is what and who is not doing what and why....again) for simply reactivating after a injury! Sickening.

I really hate the disconnect of government from the people they are being paid to help.

And in here mind she was clearly helpful.....because she has no clue what we see...only her limited scope of all of this.

 

I didn’t even shut my mc down. I switched insurance companies and do to a filing issue with the new insurance company. In the eyes of the fmcsa I was without insurance for 2 weeks. Even though I wasn’t. They changed my company history to show a revocation. Now it says my mc is 12 days old. They say they can’t fix it.. my brokers say they can’t work with me Because their insurance doesn’t allow them to work with new authority’s. It’s all bs and I’m about to go broke.
