    yes they are legal... a friend of ours who works for united has them on his kenworth..i just forgot the name of them

    Yeah my sis is 64 and shes to old to throw the irons so she wants auto chains so being a good brother i told her i would get them as soon as i found out who makes them...

    The team we know says it was the best $5000 they invested... just flip the switch and keep rolling...Ill know more when i call them tomorrow...

    would seriously like to know...thats my issue with chainin...is getting out there on the side of the dang road with people not gettin over, snow plows etc going by...the act of chainin is dangerous...dont mind driving with them or in snow etc, its WHERE you have to do it at....but would only be logical for o/o unless a company would do that, and that I HIGHLY doubt...too expensive and wouldnt be properly cared for i am sure...

    Exactly Gig's... Thats why im gonna order her a set for next year.. she pulls light loads for United so the weight should not be an issue..and i dont see any company thinking about doing it cause of the cost.. but for safety reasons they should

    They run of a brake style chamber fed of the air system. Fire trucks and meat wagons use them. But what she going to do for the trailer. Here's a thought if u have to throw might as well park.

    im not sure on the trailer but its a company trailer so i dont think frank at united would like that..lol.. unless she gets her own electonics trailer that she was thinking about then maybe i could work a deal with them for the whole set up.. i have no idea but good point
