Auto neutral problem

Turn your batteries off a few minutes,might reset.

 

See if it has Neutral Relay in Fuse box, remove and attach, see if that helps. You gotta take it to a mechanic though, it can be all kinds of things to cause that problem

 

We got a 2021 KW T680 that sat unused for about a year.Had 150,000 miles on it.The transmission started doing that auto neutral, had to shut the truck off,switch the master switch off,then restart in order to move.When it did it the first time I stopped at the KW dealer in Cheyenne and he said you have to change out the air dryer filters once a year,or that problem comes up. After 12 times having that issue they changed the transmission and filters,fixed it.
