Roehl pays more than Con Way and has the same features (room, trainer, and weekly pay as a student). That said, I would see Con Way as a good option. My cousin has been in the industry for a few decades and he was with Con Way for several years. Switched for local fuel hauling.
Con Way is NOT a dead end company and a lot of companies get you around the same pay starting out. The question to ask is WHAT ARE YOU WANTING TO DO IN YEARS 2-??? Your goal should be to have your first move set up your medium to long term plan. -
I assume they also have other achievable bonuses that can be added in? -
