Automatic to manual conversion

    MAN F2000 got synchonized transmission, u have to depress clutch every time u shift, so u'll be tired, u need clutch servo. Freightliner cabin is not ready for hydrolic clutch, too much work to fit clutch master cylinder, run hidrolic lines, run air line to clutch servo.

    I just bought a columbia 2006 with only 561000 miles on it it came with a freedomline 12 speed on it so far good but i notice that it shift to low on the rpm to the point of lugging the motor is that normal?

    no, I have both trucks with manual transmissions
    Volvo and Century Class

    VOlvo with VT2412 and Shaker with 10st fuller.

    Does anybody have junk zf gear with good electronics? Looking for the wiring harness voltage doubler and shift cover/tcm

    use aftermarker 12 to 24 v converters. No reason to use stock converter with switchable and not switchable output.

    Connect both wires and use it as ignition power wiring.

    As emergensy way I advice disconnect one battery and use it as additional to make 24 v in your truck

    I’m looking at buying an international with a Cummins ISX engine 2014 model pro star has an automatic with 434k miles on it was thinking eventually swap it out for a manual what’s the cost of that
