automatic tranny?

Look - I wasn't trying to get into any type of argument here, especially with people who KNOW the job. I post here because I am new, I just actually felt I had a little something to contribute IN MY OWN OPINION of my BRIEF time in an automatic truck is all.

Its ok though - I got picked on enough for having an automatic from other truckers at the truck stops, I am used to it. It like anything has its good points and its bad.

I am going to back out of this now, and I apologize for ruffling any feathers here.

 

the WORST part of what you were doing is backing an auto with the brake....! you are burning up the clutch.....
