are the clutchless ultrashift trannies good? anybody evere had an actual breakdown as a result of an actual failure, not due to a lack of fluid?

I bought an old Trans Am KW and had it down twice for tranny issue with the auto. I also had an 07 Columbia with a Smart Shift - sold it at 625,000 miles and never had an issue with the transmission. I have a 2011 Volvo now with the I-shift and it's the best of all three. I only have about 90,000 miles on it now so no issues but really wouldn't expect any at this point.Big Duker Thanks this.
