9 pages of bickering. Who really cares ultimately? Hey, maybe their can be an argument about which power plant is better?

This happens every time you try to slide axles on the Prostar, You put it in reverse give it a few pushs and wala "CA" starts flashing "Clutch Protection"..

Oh really eh. I just know it happened to me (in a brand new Freightliner) in traffic during the two weeks I was in an automatic.

I was thinking that the one Volvo I was in had a Clutch Protection feature to prevent that from doing any damage to the clutch.

Driver, I think you need to re-read some of my posts.. for I get the feeling that some of you guys responding are only reading to the parts you want to reply to...

"Strange how it seems ok for the tone of this thread to bash all of us drivers that use autos as poor incompetent drivers that can't drive a real truck and are unsafe on the roads."

Really? Because I cant find where I or anyone else ever said anything to the effect of this..
I would also like to point out that the OP got 15 posts with nothing but answers to his questions before the debate started..

See, perfect example of the tone of most of these threads. How about stick their Jake Breaks? Stick their Power Streering? Stick their A/C? Stick their APU? Just blows me away just how insecure some can be about having a stick in their hand 24/7... ;-)

Yeah, just read through this now ten pages to see both total negativity not only about a simple tool (autos) but those that drive them. Too funny to think it all started with a driver asking for a few leads on companies... lol

Steel Dragon, ghost25 and DC843 Thank this.
