In school now and a lot are going with automatic. Is it bad to do this? Or are most trucks automatic now? Will it prevent you from finding jobs right out of school?

If the school offers stick shift training, then do it.
A few companies require stick shift/ no restriction.
Your first company will probably have automatics, but you have that stick shift insurance in the pocket and may need it later.
One company, Pride Transport, offers new drivers a choice of stick shift or automatic. Pride Transport is headquartered in Utah, but hires all over the USA.

Yes they do but like said lot of students just going automatic route. As far as endorsements go do u think go for them all now while in school or can wait for that?
