New video got released on that .. it appears driver was texting and only grabbed wheel 1 second before crash even though car saw person 6 seconds before impact...they don’t say that driver was texting but why else look at your lap

 

As long as most of our lawmakers are lawyers, tort reform is nothing but a pipe dream. The only business in the US that is somewhat protected from litigation is the government. And government is a business, BIG business. Everybody else is fair game.He who has the most money and the best lawyers wins the game. Lawyers and judges are the reason our country is as F'd up as it is. When we the people vote to change something and a single judge doesn't like it, he overrules our vote. It happens all of the time.
