Gonna be installing some everblades heated wiper blades next week on my 2019 cascadia. On the dash switch cluster, there is a couple of blank spots available. Is there a way to add an auxiliary switch there that would look factory, rather than ghetto fabulous? Would there be extensive wiring involved?

It will look as good as the effort you put into it. If the wiring isn't already there, you'll need to run your own including the relay and switch.
Tip: if you want a neat hole, don't use a cutoff wheel.

If you have a couple blank spots with the switch clusters, then see what the dealer can order for an aid switch, this way it looks factory and very neat. The switch may be $30 but nothing like it looking factory.
