I see you losing the truck in the next year... why someone would agree to a 4k monthly pmt on a new truck is redicules to me. You could have bought a old truck for 15k cash and spend 10-15k per year on maintenance instead of 48k a year on truck payments... maybe I dont get it, there must be a secret to owning a brand new truck that i have not discovered yet... oh and by the way in 2-3 years ur old truck will be more reliable than ur brand new truck in 2-3 years. If you can back out of this deal RUN, you dont want to be a slave to the payments. You want to be able to pick and chose when you go on the road without having the hige expense over your head making you work like a slave.

This is the stupid asinine comments I am talking about. I will never go bankrupt. Maybe you can't run a successful business without a duct taped truck but there are thousands in my company alone that have done it successfully for years. Unless you got some numbers on insurance and fuel savings move on.

Lol yeah I run "duct taped" trucks... depending on ur age/record your insurance for a truck and trailer for a full year will be around 6k. Call up progressive, they have been good to me. Good luck either way bro no need to get upset with my comment, I just dont see why people put themselves in the situation of being a slave. Maybe we look at the world differently. Btw if you want a good insurance agent I can recomment a guy from Iowa.

Thank you for the info. I really don't work that hard and do just fine with the payments. I truly believe that it's those who are unable to save and budget for off time are the ones who fail. In one year of lease I saved a 15k down payment and got a fat repair fund. Averaged 2k miles a week. I don't seek how they fail.
