Average weekly pay with melton?

Should only take 30 mins to roll your tarps. 45 to an hour to drop your tarps and secure the load. When I first started it was taking me an hour and half now I'm down to 45mins to an hour.

A good buddy drives for Melton and we have timed each other he drops his tarps in under an hour and rolls up in the same time frame. So I don't get how 2 to 7 hours is standard practice. The company I drive for only has two traps and it's done in the same time frame.

I understand some people work slow but that's hurting the paycheck taking that long to do something simple skateboarding isn't for everyone

 

The less time you spend doing that stuff the more money you make. And plus a lot of loads don't need to trapped if the weather is good

 

when you just have to chain or strap it shouldnt take more then an hour. ill let you figure it out if you dont believe me on the times. When your a rookie at tarping it takes a while. And yes i did take my time.

So where do you mainly run with melton? What are the main states....i just dont wanna mainly run north east and she said they dont but other than that ill go! I would attend orientation in birminghamn for 4 days? Then get my truck and off i go but i know winters coming so up north would be terrible and i wouldnt make the money i want....if they have alot freight their during the snow....
