    I saw the topic and was expecting another discussion about long walks to the truckstop and fast food. Then I read the first post.

    36,300 for a T-600, 72" sleeper, apu, half tanks fuel (150 gal), hauling a 2000 Trailmobile reefer that's past it's expiration date.

    2005 Intl 9400 + 2004 steel 53' stepdeck + chains, tarps, boxes, me, generator, almost everything I own.... = 35,000 +

    oh well, I didn't want to haul those 47-48k loads anyways. I passed someplace the other day that had a big sign bragging their trucks could haul 52k. I guess that might be a way to find yourself a niche if you had a shipper with heavy loads they didn't want to cut and would pay for it. I'm pretty happy to haul the light stuff.
