    It is a dedicated run still but as a flex driver there is a possibility that I'm going to do this run a time or two so they had me run it with a trainer to learn the ropes.

    Got back from Miami today and guess they either think a lot of me or want me gone, I'm not sure which one it is. Tomorrow I get to run to Jersey, Penn, and Connecticut ..

    I left Norfolk, VA and moved to Chattanooga, coupe years ago now, but I'm still with Averitt.

    They are gonna test you at this stage and see what your made of, so-to-speak. take it and run, cause there are gonna be weeks that are not as good as others...

    80 pounds? Is that a lot? I'm looking at possibly applying for a local with them.

    Lift with your knees and not your back (they actually watch to make sure you do that) and 80 pounds is pretty light.

    Now that you point that out it makes sense. I have plenty of strength but not so much upper body as legs.
